- Inland Power members. Ductless must replace electric resistance heat, be installed by a certified technician, and meet HSPF 9 / HSPF2 7.6+. Ducted must be installed by an NW HVAC Association-approved contractor. Homes with gas or propane forced-air systems do not qualify.
