- TNMP residential customers in existing homes through a participating contractor/project sponsor; heat pumps at least 15.2 SEER2, 9.81 EER2, 7.5 HSPF2 and sized to Manual J/S (2025 manual). Separate low-income weatherization program also installs heat pumps.
