- SUB Residential electric customers with an existing manufactured or site built home currently using an electric forced air furnace or zonal electric heating (including hydronic systems) as the primary method of home heating (including rental properties). New construction is not eligible. If the residence has ever had a heat pump (functional or not), it is ineligible.
