- Income-qualified Pacific Power residential customer in Oregon with income at or below 150% Oregon median income (Resources tab cites 160%); buy and install a hardwired AC Level 2 charger or 240V outlet for use with a non-hardwired EV charger; charger and/or plug purchased on or after January 1, 2026; installed by a licensed electrician; one incentive per household; customers who previously received EV charger incentives from Pacific Power are not eligible.
