FPL EVolution Home (utility-installed Level 2 home charger subscription)
How much you can get
Not a rebate: a 10-year subscription for an FPL-installed and -maintained Level 2 charger. Monthly program charge of $36 (full installation) or $27 (equipment-only installation), plus separately billed EV energy usage. Off-peak EV charging approx. 7¢/kWh; on-peak EV charging approx. 28¢/kWh. Early termination fee starts at $1,851 (full installation) or $1,204 (equipment-only) plus a $50 administrative fee.

- Eligibility
- FPL customers who have a residential FPL account in good standing, own a single-family home or townhouse with an attached garage, have a strong Wi-Fi signal where the charger will be installed, and are not enrolled in solar Net Metering or a Time-of-Use rate; home must also meet electrical and installation requirements for the selected option.
