Interest rate of 1.99% for a 5-year term only is available on eligible heat pump projects up to $25,000 per household. Projects that include non-heat pump measures or heat pump measures totaling more than $25,000 will receive a blended rate. Total maximum amount for a Smart-E loan remains at $50,000
