How much you can get
FULLY RESERVED since 2025-11-14, with no new reservations. The last amounts, per an SCE fact sheet: $1,000 for a heat pump water heater replacing an electric resistance unit, or up to $3,100 replacing a gas water heater. An aggregator table showed $4,185 for the equity tier (per aggregator). Heat pump HVAC incentives were also offered.

- Retrofits in existing single-family homes. PG&E's guide says the incentives were open to residential electricity customers statewide. Only through TECH-enrolled contractors, who reserved the incentive. A San Fernando Valley campaign said heat pump HVAC incentives would come in summer 2026; their current status was not confirmed.
