- For the 2026 season, Option 3 is limited to storage VPP aggregators that took part in October 2025. The revised draft guidelines also require the battery to have permission to operate on or before 2025-12-31. The Fifth Edition guidelines were adopted 2026-04-27. Ask your battery provider whether it enrolls customers.
